Speech title
Liquid robotics: from space exploration to wearables
Job Profile
He took his PhD at Politecnico di Torino in Electron Devices and got full professorship in Solid State Physics. Joined the Jet Propulsion Laboratory of NASA to develop autonomous liquid state cybernetic systems for space exploration in 2015 and 2016, and further extended the concept at the Max Planck Institute, to land on a first prototype of energy harvester at the liquid state. Wearable technologies, and in their broader macro area, nanotechnologies, are among his fields of expertise.
