Project leader for The Development and Research on Innovative Vocational Educational Skills, DRIVES

Job Profile

Ing. Jakub Štolfa, Ph.D. is the project leader for The Development and Research on Innovative Vocational Educational Skills (DRIVES) a 4 years project that involves 24 European full partners, including public entities, European sectorial associations, VET schools and Universities, from 11 EU partner countries, with the main goal is to support the overall sectorial strategy in automotive.

He is project manager, researcher and lecturer and he is active as researcher, author and coordinator of many research and education projects in cooperation with industry focused on software and system process improvement, process improvement according to automotive spice, functional safety, and knowledge modelling and simulation; he is co-author and lecturer of courses Methods of Computer Security of Automotive Systems, Introduction to the Automotive Quality Integrated, Introduction to Software Engineering, Introduction to the Automotive Electronics Systems Development, Requirements Engineering, Development of Systems in the Automotive Industry, and Automotive Systems Quality Management.

He is member of expert groups for new skills agenda in EU and member of Steering Committee of EASME action Study to identify an EU strategy addressing the skills needs of the automotive sector.
